Senior Superintendent

As a Senior Superintendent in our Wilmington region, you're responsible for everything that happens on our job sites—directing construction activities, coordinating the trades, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You're Samet's primary field leader, the person our crews and subcontractors look to for clear direction and support.

Your mission is to bridge project management and field execution, keeping our teams aligned on scope, schedule, and quality. You'll develop your direct reports, lead by example on safety and quality, and own the project from startup through closeout.
