About the Role

We are hiring a part-time Traffic Control Specialist for a client site in Bluffton. You will keep vehicles and pedestrians moving safely during the morning and afternoon peak traffic windows. This is a good fit for retirees, students, or anyone who wants steady weekday hours with the middle of the day free.

What You Will Do

Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic at entrances, exits, and crossings Keep lanes, crosswalks, and fire lanes clear and flowing Spot unsafe driving or hazards and report them to site contacts and CSSI supervisors Stay alert and visible for your full shift Complete short daily activity reports in our mobile reporting system Schedule Monday through Friday, two shifts a day: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM About 20 hours a week.

No nights and no weekends. Pay $19 per hour Requirements 18 years of age or older Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening Reliable transportation and on time for both daily shifts Able to stand outdoors in all weather for 2-hour shifts Clear communication and a calm, professional presence Preferred Current SC SLED Security Officer Registration (licensed and unlicensed applicants are both welcome) Traffic control, school crossing, or event parking experience Prior military or law enforcement service How to Apply Apply through this listing.
