Behavior Technician - Paid Training

Behavior Technician Paid Training | $21–$25/hour | In-Home ABA Services | Staten Island, NY Vibrant ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout Staten Island, NY. About the Role

As a BT/RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA. You will support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while partnering closely with families and receiving ongoing supervision from our clinical team.

Service Areas We are currently hiring across Staten Island and surrounding neighborhoods, including: St. George Stapleton Clifton Rosebank New Dorp Great Kills Tottenville Eltingville Annadale Huguenot Richmond Town Port Richmond Grymes Hill Sunnyside Surrounding Staten Island areas What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living Collect accurate session data and document client progress Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development What We’re Looking For Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience is a plus) Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn Comfortable working in home-based settings with families Strong communication and time management skills High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to travel locally throughout Staten Island After-school and/or weekend availability preferred RBT Candidates Encouraged to Apply We are actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and also welcome individuals who are interested in becoming certified.
