Credit Legal

This position will be responsible for supporting the Credit Legal team in ensuring the legality and compliance of credit and collateral documentation. The candidate is expected to have solid experience in banking credit, credit underwriting, and collateral binding.

Key responsibilities include

reviewing and validating legal and collateral documents, drafting credit and collateral binding agreements, and ensuring all processes comply with applicable regulations to minimize legal risks for the company.
