Resident Nurse

The Residential Nurse under the general guidance of the Executive Director, at Clitheroe Residential, reviews and manages the self-administration medicine protocol; provides guidance and training to Behavioral Health Associates and other residential staff, documents client's primary care doctor's orders, maintains medication administration records (MARs) for clients, or delegates task as needed, regularly audits MARs for errors and provides training / correction to staff as needed, provides initials and as needed client nursing assessment as appropriate.

Works with the Case Manager, and Residential Clinical Coordinator to refer clients for primary care as needed.
