Class A CDL: Regional Team Drivers

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Team Drivers for a dedicated regional milk-run operation servicing Norfolk Southern . Drivers will operate primarily throughout the eastern and southeastern United States, transporting parts and tools between warehouses and job sites. This is a high-mileage, consistent team operation averaging approximately 4,500–5,000 team miles per week , with approximately 10–18 stops per week .

Starting off drivers will operate a 53' van trailer , with a transition to a Conestoga trailer a few months into the new business. Drivers should have flatbed experience , as the operation will eventually transition to Conestoga equipment as well as experience with a forklift as you will be using one to unload the pallets at each stop.

ROUTES & OPERATING AREAS The primary operating area includes: GA, AL, TN, PA, OH, IN, IL, MO, and other areas east of the Mississippi River This is a dedicated milk-run operation with multiple stops and reloads. Approximately 10–18 stops per week Loads are preloaded to start your week Drivers rotate freight with a pallet jack as stops are completed Reloads and return freight may be required Approximately 3–6 stops may be completed by Thursday afternoon during the first leg Drivers return to the Charlotte area and swap trailers to begin the second leg approximately 5:00–6:00 PM Thursday evening No significant wait time is expected SCHEDULE The operation generally runs Wednesday through Sunday , with Monday and Tuesday off .

Drivers may complete their weeks earlier than Sunday. Driving weeks will begin around 4pm every Wednesday. There are two legs to the run, which you will bring any returns back to the Charlotte hub and swap preloaded trailers mid-week.

COMPENSATION

$1,500–$1,800 per driver per week Approximately $75,000–$90,000 annually Team operation averages approximately 4,500–5,000 miles per week Drivers will be paid for every mile the truck runs, whether on duty or in sleeper berth. Additional pay per every stop on the run during your week. We offer a $2,500 referral bonus .
