Organize and lead targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events. Collaborate with other group companies to offer integrated financial solutions.

Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and relationship history. Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries with a focus on quick turnaround and satisfaction.
