Promote health, wellness, teamwork, and leadership development through recreational programming. Supervise students during activities while maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Collaborate with departments to support evening programming and student development initiatives. Build connections with community resources to expand recreation and leadership opportunities. Maintain recreation equipment, supplies, facilities, and inventory. Track student participation and maintain accurate program documentation. Support and mentor student recreation aides when assigned. Model and reinforce Career Success Standards, professionalism, and positive decision-making. Provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability to students. Qualifications
✅ Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with youth, recreation programs, student activities, or residential programs preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Ability to create engaging activities and build positive relationships with students. Ability to maintain organization, safety, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
