Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special Oversee a flawless event setup: Supervise and assist Houseperson team in setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, ensuring all event specifications are met Maintain spotless event spaces: Lead and assist in cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, waxing floors, and disposing of trash Support event operations: Help plan, organize, and execute banquet functions to ensure smooth and efficient event delivery Collaborate for success: Lead and/or participate in department meetings to ensure the team is aligned and well-prepared for banquet operations What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
