Job description
Under the supervision of the MHSA-FSP Assistant Program Director, the LPT / LVN provides comprehensive medication services to members in the MHSA-FSP program. The LPT / LVN work with and take direction from the psychiatrist(s) in providing medication services to clients. Adheres to all required documentation requirements.
