Job Summary

Goodwill Non-CDL Truck Drivers operating various straight trucks, box trucks, and other commercial motor vehicles are responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient transportation of goods, materials, and equipment across designated local and regional routes. This role ensures timely pickups and deliveries to stores, donation centers, and operational facilities while maintaining strict adherence to Goodwill policies and high standards of customer service.

Drivers perform all required loading, unloading, equipment handling, documentation, and vehicle inspections to support Goodwill’s mission and operational excellence.
