Workday Solutions Architect

Baker Botts is seeking a Workday Solutions Architect with strong experience in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), system implementations, integrations, data conversion, and HR technology transitions. This role is required to support a major HR technology transformation for an established Am. Law 100 U.S. law firm with a highly collaborative team.

This is a full-time, hybrid, exempt position based in Baker Botts’ Austin, Dallas, Houston, New York, or Washington, DC offices. This newly created role will work closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business operations.
