Cash Management Specialist

Job Description: Manage finance & treasury matters for Invested/project companies (e.g. legal documents, fund flows). Prepare inter-company agreements Manage onshore/offshore inter-company loans incl. interest income / expense Execute banking transactions for project companies Support month end closing for respective companies Support reporting and month end closing for FX deal related Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking Operations. Experience in managing intercompany transactions, loans, and fund flow arrangements. Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and banking transactions. Familiarity with onshore and offshore financing structures, including intercompany loans and interest calculations.

Knowledge of financial reporting, month-end closing processes, and accounting principles. Experience in preparing and reviewing legal and financial documentation, including intercompany agreements. Understanding of foreign exchange (FX) transactions and related reporting requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/ERP (SAP experience is an advantage).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple entities and regions.
