Senior NetSuite Administrator / Business Systems Analyst (ERP & Integrations)

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Net. Suite Administrator / Business Systems Analyst to manage and optimize our ERP ecosystem. Based in Montreal, this role is responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Net. Suite ERP, while supporting critical integrations and business processes across the organization.

The role will focus on system configuration, reporting, workflow automation, and data integrity, ensuring Net. Suite effectively supports operations across consumer goods,” big box” retail partners, and marketplace channels. The successful candidate will also manage and support integrations with key platforms including Workato (i.

PaaS), Orderful(EDI), Propel (PLM), and Akeneo (PIM) to ensure seamless data flow between systems. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that bridges technology and business operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance, supply chain, product, and operations teams to analyze business requirements, implement system improvements, and drive automation and operational efficiency.
