Full Stack Developer

About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications to deliver seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in software development. Proficiency with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue). Strong knowledge of back-end programming languages and frameworks (e.

g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET). Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with RESTful API design and development. Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Strong understanding of security best practices in web development.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. Build and optimize server-side logic, APIs, and database interactions to support application functionality. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and accessible designs. Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
