Full-Time, Part-Time, and Seasonal Positions Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment Use Service ADVISOR™ and other diagnostic tools Maintain accurate documentation of work performed Support customers in-shop and in the field Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience with ag equipment or pursuing a tech degree Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver’s license Toolset preferred Preferred (Not Required): CDL Experience with diagnostic software Familiarity with combines, sprayers, and tractors Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance $1,750 HSA contribution 401(k) with employer match Paid holidays and vacation Tool allowance, uniforms, and incentives Career development and mentorship Leading Edge Equipment is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
