Product Manager Graduate (Content and Service, Search Ads) - 2027 Start

Responsibilities

• Own search ads metrics analysis, lead advertiser performance deep-dives by vertical, and turn insights into product strategy and iteration.
• Diagnose delivery-funnel pain points and drive optimization of recall, ranking, and bidding models; apply LLM/AI to query understanding, intent matching, and creative generation, with clear evaluation standards.
• Define product plans, priorities, and roadmaps against business goals; align partner teams and ensure delivery, identifying where new AI capabilities can step-change advertiser efficiency.
• Support GTM through data analysis, user feedback, and requirement collection.
• Drive execution with cross-regional R&D, design, data science, operations, and sales teams; own data monitoring, weekly reports, and core dashboards, leveraging AI tooling to scale analysis.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools for data analysis and workflow efficiency, with a solid understanding of the underlying logic of model optimization.
• Be able to understand clients' measurement metrics and budget allocation logics, dig out requirements from the clients' perspective.
• Understand the team’s business and core products, improve data monitoring required for business operations, and update weekly reports and other common data indicators.
• Previous Product Management experience in Ads, Search, Recommendation, AI or LLM domain.
• Previous Product Management experience in Traffic Strategy, Ad Delivery or Ad Format.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails.
