• Las Cruces Job type: Full-time Compensation: $32.00-$40.00/HR Duties: Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered. Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans. Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, discharge instructions, and ongoing care needs.

Qualifications

License: Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. Certification: BLS up on hire.
