• Bixby, OK, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Banking Support Associate We are looking for individuals seeking flexible work and the opportunity to build experience in banking. This role provides branch coverage on an as-needed basis, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to work across multiple branch locations. As a Banking Support Associate, you’ll step in during vacancies, vacations, high-traffic periods, and other branch needs. You’ll work alongside experienced banking professionals while gaining hands-on exposure to branch operations, customer service, and account support. What You’ll Do Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Issue Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders. Balance your cash drawer and daily transactions. Support consumer account opening and account maintenance activities. Provide friendly, accurate service to customers. Float between branch locations as business needs require. Complete teller and other branch-support responsibilities as assigned. What We’re Looking For Must be at least 18 years old. Interest in customer service, banking, and financial services. Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel between branch locations. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism. Comfort learning new processes and adapting to changing branch needs. Ability to meet the program’s minimum shift commitment.
