Construction Project Manager Job Title: Construction Project Manager Experience: 3–7 years Job Description: We are seeking a mid-level Construction Project Manager to manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion.

The Project Manager will be responsible for project scheduling, budgets, subcontractor coordination, documentation, client communication, and overall project performance.

Responsibilities

Manage construction projects from start to closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules. Manage project budgets, costs, and change orders. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners. Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings. Conduct project meetings and maintain meeting documentation.

Track project progress and identify potential delays. Prepare and process change orders and payment applications. Monitor subcontractor performance. Maintain project documentation and daily records. Communicate project status to clients and company management. Assist with procurement and material scheduling. Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and contractual requirements.

Participate in project closeout and warranty activities.

Qualifications

3–7 years of construction project management experience. General Contractor experience preferred. Experience managing commercial or residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes and scheduling. Ability to read construction plans and specifications. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore or similar construction software preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
