Position: PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) What You'll Do: Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide skilled occupational therapy services focusing on activities of daily living, strength, coordination, and functional independence. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.

Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Ohio. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
