Job Posting Title Senior Finance Analyst Job Description Summary As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be integral to DAUCH’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, supporting strategic decision-making and driving process improvements across our financial operations. Job Description: Financial Planning & Forecasting : Contribute to financial planning cycles, preparing accurate forecasts to guide business strategy.

Cost Analysis & Budgeting : Perform detailed cost analyses, cost calculations, and contribute to the annual budget to ensure comprehensive financial oversight. Financial Closures & Reporting : Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures. Prepare and analyze regular and ad hoc financial reports and KPIs to support business goals.

Decision Support : Provide management with reliable, data-driven insights and statements that inform strategic decision-making. ERP Development & Reporting : Support the ongoing enhancement of the ERP system, creating and refining financial reports for improved data accessibility. Process Improvement : Engage in refining company processes and propose ideas for increased efficiency and effectiveness across financial functions.

Required Skills
