Reports to Warranty Claim Manager. Assists in the administration of warranty and product claims across a diverse number of Commercial Low-Slope and Roof Coatings systems and Maintenance and Repair product offerings. Investigates, reviews and analyzes claim data and devises resolution plan; negotiates and coordinates repairs and follow up with repair contractors and building owners.

Responsible for various independent activities as assigned by Claim Manager within the claims department. Works as part of the Claim Department team to develop, recommend and administer claim management and general liability policies and procedures in order to maintain maximum protection of the organizations assets at the most economical rates.
