Greeter and Guest Experience Expert [YR]

Herschend is seeking a hospitable Greeter and Guest Experience Expert to help build a unique guest experience for our newest hospitality venture, Dolly Parton’s Song. Teller Hotel, located in the heart of Downtown Nashville. The Hotel Greeter & Guest Experience Expert is the welcoming face and first impression of the hotel, creating a warm, memorable arrival experience for every guest.

This role blends concierge-style service with front desk support – assisting with restaurant reservations, entertainment planning, and personalized guest experiences while also supporting front desk operations as needed. With a spirit rooted in genuine hospitality and storytelling, this position ensures each guest feels recognized, valued, and thoughtfully cared for from arrival through departure.
