Looking for a flexible role where you can make a difference and work with a great team? Symphony Pointe, an Agemark Senior Living community, is hiring an On-Call Medication Aide to support our residents across day, evening, and overnight shifts.

What You’ll Do

Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans

Accurately document medication administration

Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns to nursing staff

Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Help create a caring, supportive environment for everyone in our community

What We’re Looking For

Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification or other required Nebraska medication aide credential

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Strong communication and basic computer skills

Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed
