Training Specialist (Internal Applicants Only)

The Training Specialist develops, coordinates, conducts, and evaluates training programs for employees throughout the organization. The Training Specialist works closely with department managers, supervisors, and certified department trainers to support effective training, ensure training standards and processes are consistently applied, and identify opportunities to improve employee learning and performance.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Will vary depending on training needs) Job Status: Full Time
