Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description: Job Description The Maintenance Coordinator is the Planned Maintenance systems owner for their production areas and responsible for eliminating maintenance and breakdown related losses. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for building capability in Operating teams. What are we looking for? Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED.

Must have met time in role (12+ Months) 2+ Years in a Maintenance technician, planner, or coordinator position Must have line manager approval to apply Must be in good standing in current role Experience with SAP Experience with Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in a technical discipline, preferably in Industrial Maintenance/Technology.

Physical Requirements: Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs.) and frequent pushing/pulling (50-200 lbs.) Frequent handling/gripping/bending/stooping. Ability to work at elevated heights off a ladder or platform, climb stairs, leaning over equipment. Ability to stand and / or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).

Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to support production needs and to conduct multi-task work in a very fast paced work environment Ability to read, write, and understand English What will be your key responsibilities? Own Planned Maintenance systems for the Line, focusing on Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, and Breakdown Elimination.

Drives results in Planned and Unplanned Downtime, and owns: Maintain & Repair costs for line % Planned Maintenance and Planned Maintenance compliance. Breakdown reduction Technical expert of related equipment and discuss, coach, and train technicians and operators on their equipment. Owns Anomaly Handling Daily Management System Develops and owns portions of the Line's 90-Day loss-elimination plans.

Represent maintenance team in the daily Factory Mars Operating System meetings. Provides performance data for selected machines and communicates action plans and completed work effectively Works with Continuous Improvement team to improve day to day processes Works with vendors regarding Planned Maintenance What can you expect from Mars?
