Our subspecialized imaging physicians, American College of Radiology certified technologists and customer-service oriented staff provide our patients with brand new imaging technologies and innovative treatment options in a compassionate environment. Make a Difference in Imaging! As a 12-hour MRI Technologist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, you will work in a fast-paced, busy environment where critical thinking is essential.
Attention to detail is a must! We are seeking an MRI Tech with a high level of technical skills and a deep understanding of MR physics and protocol optimization, as well as strong customer service and safety skills. Scheduled days are based on department needs, including weekend rotations. We are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus to newly hired Techs!
Education
High School Diploma or GED required Graduate of an accredited MRI Tech program required Licenses/Certifications: ARRT-MR or ARMRIT certification required Applicants with ARRT-R only may be considered as a Tech I CRT preferred Venipuncture certification required BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience performing a variety of MRI scans in a busy clinical environment required Applicants with less than 2 years of experience may be considered as an MRI Tech I Physical Demands: Lifting, standing, walking, transporting patients Ability to work in ACR ZONE IV environment required
