End-User Support Engineer

Our EPAM Krakow team is growing, and we're on the lookout for an End-User Support Engineer to come aboard. This role rewards someone who brings creative thinking alongside solid communication and people skills. Please be aware that the position calls for on-site attendance at the Krakow office all five working days each week.

Responsibilities

Offer hands-on and remote support to end users working within the location Handle setup and configuration tasks for computer hardware, systems, printers, and scanners Stay in contact with service providers and network engineers when technical problems need resolving Take care of meeting room upkeep to ensure equipment functions as expected Make certain tickets are addressed within SLA timeframes and response expectations Oversee software deployment while troubleshooting any issues that come up along the way Take charge of incident tickets from the moment they're opened until they're resolved Perform maintenance duties within the server room to keep all equipment functioning properly Oversee cable management and organization for IT-related equipment Comply with all documented IT Work Instructions throughout daily responsibilities Ensure hardware inventory logs remain accurate and consistently updated Requirements At least two years of relevant experience in a similar capacity Knowledge of Network Fundamentals and Troubleshooting techniques to resolve connection-related issues Hands-on ability in Windows Endpoint Administration covering workstation configuration and upkeep Familiarity with IT Service Operations Fundamentals to contribute to smooth service delivery Practical experience using Microsoft Intune Support Essentials to manage endpoints and devices Strong interpersonal skills paired with solid problem-solving capabilities Eagerness to explore new technologies and quickly adapt when facing new obstacles Steady performance and composure maintained even in high-pressure situations English proficiency at an intermediate level Readiness to take direction and follow instructions from the direct manager Nice to have Exposure to working within MacOS and Linux systems Knowledge of Remote Access Tools to assist with supporting systems from afar
