OpenText StreamServe Senior Analyst

We are looking for an Open. Text Exstream Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Open. Text Exstream V16 or higher and Open. Text Communication Builder , with a strong understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions and enterprise system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain customer communication templates using Open. Text Exstream V16+ . Develop communication solutions using Open. Text Communication Builder . Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable CCM solutions . Configure and customize templates, documents, and communication workflows based on business requirements.

Support the integration of Open. Text solutions with front-end applications and other enterprise systems . Troubleshoot application, template, and integration-related issues and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other developers throughout the development lifecycle.

Follow development standards and ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.

Required Skills

& Qualifications Hands-on experience with Open. Text Exstream V16 or higher . Experience with Open. Text Communication Builder . Experience developing Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions. Experience integrating Open. Text Exstream or CCM platforms with front-end and enterprise systems. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
