Senior Manager, Loan Operations

in our mission Ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a highly capable Senior Manager of Loan Operations to join our team. Your primary objective will be to optimize and modernize our loan verification process, moving from manual, touch-heavy procedures to a streamlined, automated operational workflow. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and motivate our Loan Operations teams in Phoenix and San Francisco, while also overseeing our vendor partnerships.

You will champion a strategic approach to scaling our business—focusing on scaling through workflow efficiencies and process improvements rather than linear staffing growth. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage operational processes, oversee key vendor relationships, and identify opportunities to integrate modern solutions to improve department-wide productivity & quality.
