Assistant - Quality Control

To ensure the effective implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Quality Control systems across Kabi’s operations. Quality Control Assistant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of driver Quality & Hygiene and vehicle cleanliness, ensuring full compliance with RTA and company quality requirements. Strategic:

• N/A. Operational:
• Ensure driver and vehicle quality standards are met in line with RTA and company requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections in base camp and on sight on vehicle cleanliness, driver hygiene, and overall service quality.
• Maintain inspection records, track non-compliance, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support external and internal teams on QC regulation.
• Investigate quality-related incidents or violations and implement preventive measures.
• To make sure during all the processes drivers/Customers are delt with utmost respect without a fail. People Management:

Education

& Certifications:

• PREFERRED : N/A.
• MINIMUM : Minimum High school or college preferable. Knowledge & Skill:
• Communication and cordination.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Basic MS Office. Experience:

• MINIMUM : A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
