About the Role

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to read and follow instructions in English. Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items, as well as stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and hand-washing techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Assist in the proper disposal of waste and recycling materials to promote a clean and environmentally friendly workplace.

Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours. Skills: The required skills are essential for the Dishwasher to perform daily tasks effectively. Basic reading skills are necessary to understand cleaning instructions and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
