Maintenance Engineer

Leminar Air Conditioning Industries LLC is seeking a Jr. Maintenance Engineer to join our Production team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our factory's Mechanical , electrical and electronic systems. As a Jr. Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and repair of our factory's electrical and electronic equipment.

This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production processes. You will work closely with the Maintenance team, providing assistance and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Your contributions will directly impact the overall productivity and reliability of our manufacturing operations.

Assist in the maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic systems in the factory. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, ensuring timely resolution. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential problems. Collaborate with the Maintenance team to develop and implement efficient maintenance strategies.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities. Document maintenance activities, creating detailed reports and records. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed. Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical and electronic engineering. Assist in training and mentoring less experienced team members.

A degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is required. Work experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably in a factory setting. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and control systems. Familiarity with electronic components and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Basic knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming is preferred. A proactive and safety-conscious approach to work.
