We are looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Pediatric Med/Surg team at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a full-time day shift position. This unit provides compassionate care for pediatric patients with medical-surgical and progressive acuity including medically acute behavioral health patients. As an Assistant Nurse Manager for Wolfson Children's Hospital, your duties include but are not limited to: Assists the Nurse Manager with unit/area operations Works closely with the direct care staff during their shift to deliver quality patient care Facilitates the admission, transfer and discharge flow Takes a lead role in implementing changes Supports and coaches staff development Makes shift to shift patient care assignments Takes a direct patient care assignment as needed.

Education

& Credential Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS) Required Licensed Registered Nurse Required Please apply today!
