Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment, preferably in a pantry or cold food station role. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in food handling or safety (e.g., Serv. Safe). Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment. Familiarity with a variety of cold food preparation techniques and ingredients. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Good communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and service staff.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble cold dishes such as salads, sandwiches, and appetizers according to established recipes and presentation standards.
