Located in Dublin, Ohio, Dublin Springs is a 72-bed behavioral health hospital providing a full continuum of care, including 24/7 crisis assessment, inpatient behavioral health services, addiction treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for adults. How you’ll contribute As a Nurse Manager, reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you’ll make an impact by leading nursing operations, strengthening clinical practice, and creating an environment where staff can deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will translate organizational priorities into daily practice, support team performance, and use clinical and quality data to improve patient outcomes and the care experience. Provides day-to-day leadership and oversight for nursing services, staffing, patient flow, and clinical operations Coaches, develops, and evaluates nursing team members while promoting accountability, engagement, and professional growth Ensures nursing assessments, interventions, care plans, and documentation meet clinical, regulatory, and medical-necessity standards Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary partners to coordinate individualized, age-appropriate behavioral health care Monitors quality, safety, and performance indicators; leads corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Supports policy adherence, regulatory readiness, and a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors Why Join Us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.

What we are looking for

Requires strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Nurse Manager must be able to set priorities, support staff through complex situations, work collaboratively across disciplines, and take appropriate action in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. Bachelor’s degree in nursing or current enrollment in a bachelor’s program for nursing required.

Current Registered Nurse license as required by state regulations in which the facility operates. A minimum of 2 years nursing leadership, supervisory, or charge nurse experience Behavioral health, psychiatric, or addiction treatment experience preferred. CPR certification is required within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.
