Education

Employee must have working knowledge of manufacturing environment. Must be self-motivated and possess well developed leadership skills. Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma/GED Preferred: Associates Degree 1 year manufacturing experience Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic instructions and required documents.

Can respond and communicate complicated instruction and basic directions. Ability to read and interpret work instructions/general production information written and communicated in English. Mathematical Skills: Ability to comprehend and apply principles of basic mathematics. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Basic problem solving skills, ability to define and solve problems. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. May move around the production floor and office area on a continuous basis, and/or possibility of standing in one spot for and extended amount of time. Must be able to bend over and pick up debris and material. Possible release agent material, anti-squeal and dust particle exposure in the environment. Squeezing motion used on hand held glue gun and grinder.

Ability to lift 30 lbs. Work Environment: Normal amount of sitting and standing, above average mobility to move around an office and plant environment, able to conduct normal amount of work on a computer. Works with supervisor and management personnel from all departments. Will have interaction with quality, process and maintenance personnel.

Works as a team with fellow employees on the production floor.
