2026-27 Sub Pool - PEIMS/Attendance

Pay Rate: $115/day Job Title: PEIMS and Attendance Clerk Substitute Please Note: There are very limited opportunities to substitute in this capacity, it will only be if an actual employee is on a long term leave, this is not for daily subbing opportunities . Primary Purpose : Substitute as a campus PEIMS or Attendance Clerk, working with the Student Information System (SIS) to meet state and local requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Special Knowledge/Skills : Proficient skills in data entry Ability to maintain accurate records Clear communication skills and interpersonal skills, both oral and written Ability to follow instructions, both oral and written Ability to meet established deadlines Detail oriented, flexible, possess effective time management skills Work with minimal supervision Ability to work as member of a team Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student information
