Responsibilities

Project Controls services include but are not limited to the following: Process forecasts, trends, and estimates for large construction projects Implement project control best practices and process improvements Lead corporate and program-wide quality improvement initiatives Respond to cost and schedule data requests Collaborate with project managers to create and maintain project schedules Analyze and control project budgets Generate project reports Qualifications and Required Skills: Civil Engineering or revalant engineering degree preferred Minimum 2 year of experience in relavent field.

Experience in Project scheduling and project monitoring Experience using Primavera P6 Software, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Smartsheet will be given priority Proficient in Visio and Scheduling/Cost Management software (i.e., Primavera P6 and Contract Manager) Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) Extensive experience in ERP, schedule planning, and management is a plus Strong communication skills (oral and written) Ability to simplify complex technical information Accurate analysis and decision-making Proactive in optimizing organizational effectiveness Understanding of project controls' linkages to other disciplines Experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, budgeting, change management, estimating, forecasting, trends, and EVM.
