E-commerce Consultant

As a Consultant, you'll provide 1-on-1 ecommerce and dropshipping mentorship to students at every stage — beginner, intermediate, and advanced. You'll guide them through building a sustainable, profitable online store, troubleshoot roadblocks in real time, and be a trusted resource as they work toward launching and scaling their business.

What You'll Do

Conduct 1-on-1 consultation calls with students via Zoho Meet, tailored to their experience level and goals Provide real-time chat support via Discord and WhatsApp to help students solve problems quickly Guide students through building their store on Shopify, from setup through launch Advise on Facebook and other paid advertising strategy to help students drive traffic and sales Diagnose roadblocks and come up with practical, step-by-step solutions to get students unstuck Engage in community spaces (Discord channels, group chats) to support students beyond scheduled calls Track student progress and keep internal systems current on call cadence and status Stay current on ecommerce trends, platform changes, and best practices to keep advice sharp and relevant Collaborate with the Consulting Lead and fellow consultants to flag patterns, share wins, and improve the student experience Requirements Prior ecommerce / dropshipping knowledge strongly preferred Comfortable teaching and troubleshooting Shopify and Facebook Ads Strong oral and written communication — able to explain complex ideas simply and patiently High degree of poise and professionalism with both students and internal team members Proactive, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Able to manage a full calendar of back-to-back student calls while staying organized Comfortable with rapid change — platforms, offers, and processes evolve quickly here Located within the Dallas/Fort Worth area and able to work in-office Benefits Bonus structure PTO Paid sick time Paid Holidays Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
