Nurse

The Nurse provides clinical oversight, assessments, medical care coordination, and health guidance for individuals in Residential Supports. The role supervises the Medical Services Coordinator, trains DSPs on medication administration, supports intake and new residential teams, and collaborates with families, guardians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams.

The Nurse ensures compliance with DHS Rules 115 and 116, supports audits, monitors health incidents, and maintains required certifications. Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and a commitment to person-centered care are essential.
