Work Schedule Part-Time less than 30 hours/week | Onsite | Occasional Saturday Clinic operating hours: Monday & Friday: 8:30AM-3:30PM Tuesday- Thursday: 8:30AM-7PM We value work-life balance while ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for every patient. Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, including collecting information, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. Answer incoming calls, respond to voicemails, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming reception and treatment areas.

Prepare patient charts and assist with daily administrative responsibilities. Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure smooth patient flow and an exceptional experience. Develop familiarity with our aesthetic treatments and skincare offerings to confidently assist patients with general inquiries.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. Warm, outgoing, and professional with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with phone systems, scheduling, and computer programs. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Interest or experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, or healthcare is a plus.
