Perform diagnostic testing in chemistry, hematology, blood bank, urinalysis, serology, and microbiology Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment Perform quality control procedures and equipment calibration Analyze and interpret laboratory results using sound professional judgment Assist with phlebotomy and specimen collection as needed Accurately document and manage laboratory data within applicable electronic health record and laboratory systems Follow established laboratory procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements Work collaboratively with laboratory and healthcare staff to support timely patient care Additional Information Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Contract Requirements Qualifications Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (Bachelor’s degree preferred) ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification required Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required 2–3 years of experience as a CLS or MLT in a hospital laboratory setting Previous medical or clinical laboratory experience required Experience in rural or underserved healthcare settings preferred Prior Indian Health Services (IHS) or tribal healthcare experience preferred Phlebotomy experience preferred Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Must be a U.
