Job Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Help residents improve activities of daily living (ADLs), functional skills, and independence. Implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies.

Monitor resident progress and communicate observations to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to support quality resident care. Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Maintain a compassionate, professional, and resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
