Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning. Lead end-to-end talent management, including hiring strategy, performance management, career development, and retention initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance issues, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices to enhance employee experience and operational excellence. Drive employee engagement, culture-building, diversity & inclusion, and leadership development initiatives. Lead performance review cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning discussions. Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team on salary benchmarking, rewards, and recognition programs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR governance standards. Build and monitor HR dashboards, analyze people metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Coach and mentor HR team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, and Business teams to support business growth and organizational transformation.
Requirements
MBA/MSW in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
