Always moving forward! > IN THE NEWS A Converting Head Setup must be proficient in reading and interpreting product blueprints to accurately set up heads for use on contour lines, ensuring the production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities include

safely placing heads onto the production line, performing routine cleaning and maintenance using the appropriate tools, and accurately completing all required maintenance documentation. They are also expected to read and follow the production schedule, preparing heads in advance to meet production demands. In addition, this role supports the packaging department by providing coverage during breaks or absences.

Strong mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
