Principal Real World Evidence, Commercial

We are looking for an experienced RWE professional to join at Principal level within a German consulting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and expanding a high-profile portfolio of HQ and mid-sized pharma clients in Germany. The Opportunity As Principal, you will: Lead and grow the commercial Real World Evidence offering for German-based HQ and affiliate clients.

Drive significant revenue growth, leveraging an established and well-serviced client network. Mentor and guide team members while acting as a thought leader in the RWE space. Collaborate with BD teams and the wider organisation to cross-sell complementary RWE solutions. Partner with the German senior leadership team to develop new offerings, track progress, and project growth.

Operate as a 360° consultant — hiring, selling, and delivering high-value projects (approx. 60:40 split delivery vs. business development).

Requirements

Proven experience in secondary research / Real World Evidence (RWE). Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering commercially focused projects. Extensive background in service provision or consultancy within life sciences or healthcare. Demonstrable leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, guide, and influence teams.

Business fluency in German (written and spoken). Right to live and work in Germany.
