Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative / Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience in retail sales and team leadership. This role is designed to fast-track high-performing individuals into management positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with customers in retail settings to understand their needs and promote client products and services Team Leadership: Support and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance goals Operations Oversight: Assist with daily retail operations to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and collaborate with leadership to improve results Training & Development: Participate in ongoing leadership training and mentorship programs Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with retail managers and staff to support campaign success Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required) Strong interest in sales, marketing, and leadership development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven leadership experience (work, school, or extracurricular activities) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings.
