This opportunity forms part of the launch of our upcoming exciting project, a luxury sister property & restaurant located on the Santorini Caldera. As a new addition to our portfolio, this concept will offer a distinctive expression of luxury hospitality and gastronomy, shaped by its exceptional setting and the unique character of Santorini, while providing an opportunity to contribute to the creation of a truly exceptional destination.

Support the Housekeeping team with the transportation and distribution of linens, towels, amenities, cleaning supplies, waste, and other departmental materials.

Check, organize, and replenish Housekeeping offices, linen rooms, storage areas, and service stations. Safely move furniture, baby cots, sunbeds, and other equipment as required, including placing and removing protective covers. Assist with cleaning difficult-to-reach areas, windows, carpets, curtains, and other deep-cleaning tasks.

Operate and properly maintain housekeeping equipment, including sweepers, washing machines, dryers, and carpet-cleaning equipment. Report equipment damage, maintenance issues, or supply shortages promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Assist Maids with turndown service and other room preparation duties when required.

Support the department with special operational tasks and ensure supplies and equipment are moved efficiently throughout the property. Navigate the unique Caldera layout safely and efficiently, including transporting items between different levels, guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Deliver and collect guest laundry and assist with other reasonable guest requests in a courteous and discreet manner.

Communicate effectively with the Housekeeping Supervisor, Maids, Public Area Cleaners, Laundry team, and other hotel departments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping equipment, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces. Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and manual-handling procedures and maintain confidentiality regarding guests and hotel operations.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Housekeeping management Previous experience in a similar Houseman, Housekeeping, hotel operations, or professional cleaning position is preferred. Valid Greek driving licence and confident driving ability are required. Safe, responsible, and professional driving behavior at all times.

Good physical stamina and the ability to handle manual tasks, lift and move equipment, and remain active throughout the shift. Reliable, flexible, and able to respond to the changing needs of the Housekeeping Department. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a cooperative and respectful approach towards colleagues.

Basic English communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues. Strong sense of cleanliness, organization, and quality. Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and prioritize tasks according to operational requirements. Comfortable working in a unique Caldera environment, involving frequent walking, navigating stairs, and transporting linens, supplies, and equipment between different levels of the property.
